Meet Janey

Our founder, Janey, qualified as a Post Natal Carer in 2018 and has since supported hundreds of new families during their postnatal period.

She is passionate about providing a positive transition into motherhood after unexpectedly feeling overwhelmed, confused and exhausted following the birth of her little boy Joe in 2017.

"We joined a well known antenatal course and felt prepared for the birth, however, it didn't pan out quite as expected (!) and we were left feeling, "right, ok, so what the hell do we do now?!"

Janey is calm and friendly in her nature, making the time to listen without judgement. She provides clarity and solutions, enabling you to feel relaxed, confident and in control.

"I love my NCT group but we're the blind leading the blind when it comes to advice and tips! I found the real pearls of wisdom came from parents of older babies we met at playgroups and classes along the way."
